14-day returns

Unopened, factory-sealed devices can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened devices may be returned within 14 days if faulty or not as described.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, calculated at the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed, or as store credit if you prefer. Because crypto prices fluctuate, the refunded coin amount may differ from what you originally sent.

Warranty claims

Every product carries Apple's standard limited warranty. If your device develops a fault, contact us and we'll help you arrange a warranty repair, replacement or refund.
